Origin: Blue Manta along with several woman was captured by the Order for use in the battle against all SBPs. Along with a few other survivors of the cults experiments, Blue Manta escaped and help the Centurions in their struggle against the Templars in future issues.

Powers: Blue Manta has the ability to breath underwater, swim at dolphin speeds or greater, and manipulate water as a dynamic force. Her physiology also allows her to withstand the depths of the ocean and grants her incredible strength.

Other: Blue Manta has a Twin Brother with nearly identical powers, but his actions and whereabouts are unknown, but it is thought he uses his powers for his own gain.
