Origin: Born a mutant, Kimmy learned of her powers early in adolescence. Small and petite in build, she grew up close to another mutant of small stature and they shared their secrets and became fast friends and more. Together Blurr and her dwarfen companion Anvil started a small cleaning business and were contracted to work cleaning various ASTECH facilities. When working at an ASTECH facility, they revealed their abilities on camera and were asked to become full time heroes.
