Powers: Fallout’s body acts as a fission reactor giving him the ability to generate massive amounts of heat and radiation. He wears a special containment suit so that the backlash of his power doesn’t kill those he associates with but still allows him to project vast amounts of nuclear energy.

Origin: A mutant who’s power is as deadly as his namesake. Dr. Nail is a PhD physicist who’s willingness to advance his scientific knowledge at any cost, and his abilities makes him a deadly adversary of the Centurions.

Criminal Record: Guilty of assault, crimes against the environment and society and various terrorists activities, yet has never been captured.
