Origin: Jenny Fredrics worked and lived a normal life as a waitress at a local club and bar known as Knockers keeping secret that she was indeed an SPB. After surviving an attack on her place of employment during the Worlds End saga, Jenny decided she could no longer set by and watch her world come to an end and joined with the Centurions and other SPBs to stop the Order.

Powers: HighBeam creates what she calls the flash force and can project this variable energy via her optic nerves as power blast and various rays from her eyes. In battle she demonstrates at least 5 known types of flash force and states she can alter the wave length and thus its effect by dilating her pupils at will. Each power type corresponds to a different color wave length, blue for cold, yellow blinding light, red heat, purple concussion force and clear xrays.

Other: HighBeam wears a visor for effect only but it serves no function with her power other then protecting her eyes
